Park Inn by Radisson, Glasgow

Completed development of a 91 room Park Inn Glasgow City Centre, which was financed through a BPRA partnership structure by Harcourt Capital LLP. Construction works commenced in April 2012 and the hotel opened on the 17 April 2013. The total development was valued at just over £15m. The project was finished on time and on budget.

Motel One, Manchester

Early in HLD’s life, we introduced the Motel One site to Olympian Homes, a London-based developer, for it's first new-build scheme in the UK.
