Park Inn by Radisson, Glasgow
Completed development of a 91 room Park Inn Glasgow City Centre, which was financed through a BPRA partnership structure by Harcourt Capital LLP. Construction works commenced in April 2012 and the hotel opened on the 17 April 2013. The total development was valued at just over £15m. The project was finished on time and on budget.
Innside by Melia Hotel, Manchester
HLD was selected as the preferred developer for this substantial four star hotel development in Manchester city centre. The development comprised of the first new-build property in the UK for Melia Hotels. The £25m hotel provides 208 beds, along with conference facilities and two restaurants, within a major development area in Manchester city centre. The company promoted the development in partnership with the landowner, and construction was completed in late 2015.
